Lim Fjord : Michelin's recommendations
Taking its name from the Latin limes (“frontier”), this astonishing fjord once separated the towns of Porec and Rovinj. Long and narrow, it plunges 9km inland between walls as much as 100m high. Its protected waters (no swimming allowed) are famed for their purity, oyster and mussel production, and fish farms. The best way to see it is to head to the end of the fjord, 14km from Vrsar, and take a boat trip to its mouth.

Pros
Un des plus beaux endroits du monde et presque assurement les meilleures huitres ( une espèce de Bellon) du monde dans un lieux aussi inattendu. Il suffit d'aller sur le resto tout près et c'est un enchantement. Mais svp ne faites pas monter les prix.
