The square lined with old houses is dominated by the bell tower of the parish church; admire the stunning view** over the surrounding hillsides afforded by the terrace. At the end of the path to the right behind the square stands the church of St Roch (crkva sv. Roko). All its walls are adorned with frescoes painted between 1529 and 1573 by an Istrian painter, Anthony of Padova. In the village cemetery, the small Romanesque chapel of Saint Elysius (crkva sv. Elizeja) dates from the 13C and possesses Romanesque frescoes of Byzantine inspiration, sadly half erased.
