This long narrow fjord extends for 9km inland between 100m-high walls. The water is protected (swimming not allowed) and renowned for its purity. Only oyster and mussel parks and a few fish farms are authorised. It is best admired from the shuttle which takes visitors to the mouth of the fjord. The only other solution is to hire a boat from the neighbouring ports of Porec or Rovinj (allow Kn 200).
