This Gothic chapel (adorned with a canopy added in the 18C), stands in a romantic valley just outside the village, near the cemetery. Its renown is due to the extraordinary frescoes painted in 1474 by Vincent of Kastav. These exceptional works of art offer a valuable insight into everyday life in 15C Istria.
