El Seibo : Michelin's recommendations

El Seibo is a sleepy, characteristic Dominican town whose main leafy square is dominated by a pretty church. It is the only town to have retained the ancient Spanish bullfighting tradition and bullfights are held every year from May 3rd onwards.
