  Upon arrival at the airport, please collect your luggage and proceed through customs. An Elegant Voyage greeter waits outside of the Arrivals area with a sign displaying your name. The greeter assists with luggage and takes you to meet your driver and your assistant for the journey.
• Aswan hotel:
  An Elegant Voyage greeter meets you in the lobby of your Aswan hotel.
• Aswan Port:
  An Elegant Voyage greeter waits in front of your cruise ship with a sign displaying your name.
