This national marine park has been protecting the coast off the extreme southern point of Sinai for 20 years. On land, migrating birds find refuge in the creeks or mangroves, and gazelles, lizards and foxes inhabit the territory that extends over almost 500km. Divers will appreciate the beauty of the underwater realms: extremely varied coral reefs (137 coral species) inhabited by fish as multicoloured as their names suggest (parrot, emperor, clown etc). Lovely beaches (especially Yolanda Bay).
