Pros
Modernist kitchen, one of the first places to bring it in big to Helsinki.
Cons
What bothers me with some of the Finnish star-restaurants is the small plates. In France I have never left a michelin-starred restaurant hungry, however, from Demo I as a big man went out still slightly hungry even though I had the largest repas they serve.

Pros
At first I thought a star really? But I was slowly won over by the food staff and quirky but good wine pairings. Friendly, young, and knowledgeable staff paying close attention in a deceptively casual manner that just enhances the overall experience.
