The museum, set up in the home of Baron Gustaf Mannerheim (1867-1951), retraces the prestigious career of this soldier (medals, uniforms, arms...) and statesman. The rooms that he occupied during his stays in Petersburg and Warsaw have been reconstructed. One room is devoted to his expedition to Turkestan and China, filled with photos and objects brought back from this long 14 000 km mission (statues, wooden panels, thangkas).
