The convent church is the only vestige of the convent of the order of St Sauveur, founded by St Brigitte in 1443 and completed in 1462. Disbanded during the Reformation (16C), it became a Lutheran church. Among the treasures to be seen inside are a fine Renaissance pulpit, a small sculpture of Christ with the Crown of Thorns under the triptych at the altar, a piece by RW Ekman, Sinner in the Pharisee's House (1868), ornating the centre of the north wall, and on the left, at the beginning of the nave, a Gothic ciborium (1369).
