This is the largest conference centre and concert hall in Finland (1990). The distinctly modern style adopted by the architects Sakari Aartelo and Esa Piiroinen is striking. It is home to the Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra and the venue for conferences, exhibitions, concerts, operas and ballets.
