This camping and hiking resort is located at the edge of large, untouched spaces on the banks of River Kitkanjoki. The Bear circuit crosses the famous Niskakoski Rapids and Myllykoski via a rope footbridge. There are other impressive rapids within the National Park, at Aallokkokoski and Jyrävä. A stretch (7 km) of the Bear Circuit provides an opportunity to admire these sights during a one-day walk. Descending the rapids of the Kitkanjoki river is a breathtaking experience.
