This modern church (1957) has an unusual steeple, a 55m/180ft high pyramid. The interior features a huge bas-relief made of concrete slabs and stained-glass panels* in over fifty different colours of Baccarat crystal on the theme of the creation of the world. The tabernacle and christening font, on either side of the chancel, are lit by stained-glass windows depicting the twelve apostles.
