The archeological collections, ranging from the Bronze Age to the Merovingians, include the Gallo-Roman statue of the mother goddess of Naix-aux-Forges and Merovingian jewellery discovered in the Gondrecourt metropolis. French and Flemish paintings (Jan Steen, David II Teniers), armour and arms, ethnography, local history and, in particularly, under the ribs of the treasure chamber, works from the Middle Ages and Renaissance: Pierre of Milan, Gérard Richier.
