Pros
Après quelques étoilés on peut dire que dans l Est le Chambard est notre préféré. Passer la nuit à l hotel est certes un autre trou au portefeuille mais cela vaut la peine, surtout avec l accès au spa.

Pros
Hotel is comfortable and you can see the kitchens from the hotel reception.
Cons
Awful dining room, no charm and no style - should have no forks at all, long and narrow, no crisp linens on the table, very odd 'artwork'. Food was adequately presented but no more than that and flavours were very bland. Wine by the glass was poured in very small portions. Service no more than OK . This restaurant, as it stands, deserves neither an etoile nor four forks, black or red.
