Neufchateau : Michelin's recommendations
Situated at an important crossroads, Neufchâteau, once home to the literary Goncourt brothers, has preserved many old residences (mostly from the 17C and 18C) on Place Jeanne-d'Arc. There is a large market but the town is also a small industrial centre for furniture and agroalimentary production. Its exhibition in mid-August is one of the oldest in the Vosges.
