Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg : Michelin's recommendations
This castle was built by the Hohenstaufen family in the 12C on a promontory overlooking the Alsace plain at an altitude of 800m. This location enabled its occupants to withdraw easily and provided an ideal observation post for the roads leading towards Lorraine or crossing Alsace. The views from the castle are particularly memorable.

Pros
Je suis allé au château dernièrement en famille. J'ai été très impressionné par la variété des visites proposées. La visites Ludique permet de découvrir le château accompagné d'un personnage du Moyen-âge... une expérience géniale à ne pas manquer !
