Rosheim
: Michelin's recommendations
In the middle of the vineyards, this small winegrowing town set between the ruins of its ramparts has a fine example of Romanesque architecture, a 12C church dedicated to the apostles Peter and Paul. More examples of the Romanesque style can be seen in the main street, notably a red sandstone house dating from 1170 (probably the oldest domestic building in Alsace). After exploring, take a break and try the Munster cheese with a glass of local wine.
