This 17 and 18C palace used to house the Abbey of the ladies of Saint-Pierre, which recruited from the highest nobility. The buildings have retained some aspects of their Italian inspired original decoration (refectory, main staircase). Disused during the Revolution, the building is today home to the Fine-Arts museum.
