This town hall has a pretty 16C courtyard enclosed by two main buildings with galleries crowned by ogival vaulting. The main exhibits here are two Rodin bronzes (the Gallia Victrix represents Camille Claudel) and an enamelled lava stone plaque reproducing Joan of Arc’s reminder to the people of Riom: she had asked them for money to supply cannon powder, and despite their promises, they had to be cajoled into finally paying up.
