At the Col de l’OEillon, climb as far as the television relay station. At the summit, walk around the station's surrounding wall until you get to the viewpoint indicator. The panorama is one of the most grandiose in the Rhône Valley. In the foreground, beyond the sharp-looking rocks of the Trois-Dents, the view plunges down to the Rhône Valley, extending from Vienne to Serrières. Far off to the east, the view stretches as far as the Alps; to the southeast you can see Mt Ventoux; to the west, the Puy de Sancy and the Forez Mountains; to the north you can make out the Lyonnais Mountains and to the northeast, the Jura Mountains.
