You can reach this glacier by taking the Jandri Express cable car from the centre of the Deux Alpes resort. At 2 600m, you have to take a different cable car up to 3 200m. Then you take the lift and the funicular railway up to the Dôme du Puy Salié (3 421m). You disembark to magnificent views over the Écrins mountain range. Go to where the button lifts drop off skiers to enjoy a panoramic view over the Vercors, the Belledonne, the Grandes Rousses massif, Mt Blanc, the Aiguilles d'Arves and the Vanoise. On a fine day you can even make out Mt Ventoux!
