The road down to the Arcouest slipway commands superb views at high tide over the bay and Bréhat. A monument - two identical pieces of pink granite - has been erected to Frédéric and Irène Joliot-Curie, who were frequent visitors to Arcouest. Ferries leave from here to the island of Bréhat.
