Pont-l'Abbé Travel guide
Pont-l'Abbé : Michelin's recommendations
Situated at the far end of an estuary, Pont l'Abbé derives its name from the first bridge built by the abbots of Loctudy between the harbour and the lake. The town is bordered by the Odet, the Penmarc'h coast and Audierne bay. The highly original Bigouden costume is no longer worn except for the Embroideresses’ festival; Pont l'Abbé specialises in embroidery and doll-making.
