Beaches
You will have no shortage of sandy beaches, the only question is deciding whether you would prefer your beach quiet and secluded or stretched out as far as the eye can see. You will find the former mainly along the unspoiled, jagged coastline (Finistère and islands); while the latter are the pride and joy of southern Brittany ((La Baule, Carnac, Larmor-Plage) and some seaside resorts along the Côte d’Émeraude, starting with St-Malo.
The cleanliness of beaches can be consulted online: baignades.sante.gouv.fr (in English)
