Les Rousses : Michelin's recommendations
Made up of four villages (Les Rousses, Prémanon, Lamoura and Bois-d'Amont), this ski resort near the Swiss border is home to a large ski area ranging in altitude from 1 100m-1 682m, with runs for both downhill enthusiasts (Les Jouvencelles, La Serra, Le Normont and La Dôle) and cross-country skiers. The area is also ideal for snowshoe treks, as well as hiking in summer.
