Romanèche-Thorins : Michelin's recommendations
Located in the heart of Beaujolais Villages territory, Romanèche-Thorins is known for its famous Moulin-à-Vent wine, the so-called "King of Beaujolais", named after an old windmill that stands amongst the vines at the top of a hill. Two principal attractions may induce you to spend some time here: one, the Touroparc (zoo), is dedicated to the animal kingdom; the other, the Hameau Duboeuf, to the world of wine.
