The owner-chef embarked on this adventure back in 2002, when he and his wife bought this fine house in Viré. Wishing to lay down his roots in a winemaking region, he came back to his native Saône-et-Loire and opened his own restaurant, which can cater for 40 guests inside and the same number again outside on the terrace.
