Pros
Enfin un poulet de Bresse CUIT, marre des poulet rosé, je n'ai jamais vu un poulet en 2 minutes, c'était parfait. Soufflé au chocolat, que dire, parfait aussi je redécouvre le chocolat

Pros
personnel trés accueillant ,cuisine traditionnelle,cadre exeptionnel petit déjeuner dans l'ancienne salle des machines dans un cadre trés agréable.
Cons
chambres un peu désuete mais vu le cadre exeptionnel du moulin l'on peut en faire abstraction .
