Located at 1 320 m above sea level, the Faucille pass constitutes one of the main passages of the Jura mountain range. It connects on one side, the Rhone Depression and Lake Leman and on the West, the Valserine. Along the road which leads to the pass one can catch a glimpse of Mont Blanc whose beauty reaches its peak at sunset. Moreover, a magnificent view over the Valserine Valley is part of the panorama which can be admired from this promontory.
