Centuri : Michelin's recommendations

This lovely little bay is one of the best places to stop over on Cap Corse. Ochre, grey and white roughcast houses with pretty green serpentine roofs encircle the quiet little port, where fishermen load their wooden pot vessels onto colourful boats in the morning. To the south is the little Mute inlet, sheltered by the Centuri islet, which used to be fortified. Diving enthusiasts will appreciate the extremely deep and clear waters that are full of fish around Centuri and further offshore.
