Cervione : Michelin's recommendations

Cervione is the capital of the Costa Verde and also of the famous local hazelnut, which has given rise to all sorts of tasty specialities. This interesting village with wonderful views looks out over the coastal plain and the sea from a height of 326m. It also boasts various precious artefacts of everyday life in its Ethnography Museum, as well as one of Corsica's first Baroque churches. Don't miss the frescoes that cover the twin apses of the Chapelle Ste-Christine or the Clocher de San-Giovanni-di-Moriani, a 33m-tall bell tower.
