At the edge of the little village of Chenonceaux, a stone's throw from the graceful château of the same name, is Le Bon Laboureur, an old coach house framed by climbing vines and dating back to the 17th century. Now a comfortable and cosy country inn, it is an ideal stop-over for those exploringthe Val-de-Loire region. And the food is excellent too.
