      pour le menu à 32.50euro foie gras mal dénervé avec sang à l'intérieur plat principal confit pomme de terre trop cuite et confit ressemble à celui qu'on achète en boite le dos de cabillaud à l'eau avec fond d'écrevisse en boite et garniture pas assez salé salade avec les côtes et fromage non travaillé dessert très décevant
