In the centre of the religious site, this Romanesque chapel was once used for services by the priory monks. On the outside, the superb 12C frescoes depict scenes such as the Annunciation and the Visitation. The composition is in a wide variety of tones and the elegance of the figures which stand out against a royal blue background is particularly impressive. Inside the chapel is a Christ in Majesty surrounded by the evangelists.
