Cuisine modern

Lunch 36€ - Menu: 54€ (lunch) , 70€ - 115€

Having worked in some top end kitchens, the young chef clearly retains a sense of precision and generosity. Up-to-the-minute cuisine that changes with the seasons.

      Pros

It was a remarkable dinner. The subtle and successful combination of spices and tastes is worth the visit. The amuse bouche combined melon, walnut oil, basilicum oil and raspberries perfectly. The walnut sorbet that came with the foi gras was delicious. The St. Peter Fish with humus and peas was interesting and superbe. And one of the highlights of the evening was the sorbet of peach for desert. The wine list is surprisingly moderately priced. And to round it up: the service was impeccable. E.g. we asked for a pause between courses and were asked if service could continue now. A luxury seldom encountered.
