Divided in two by the rue de la République, known as the “traverse”, Sarlat consists of two distinct quarters, one of which was more aristocratic in nature than the other. This town so typical of the Périgord is renowned for its architecture, with fine mansions built from honey-coloured limestone and adorned with attractive inner courtyards. Restoration began in 1964 in order to preserve the town’s old districts.

    Een ongelooflijk rijk palet van smaken. en mooi en aangenaam kader waar iedereen zich op zijn gemak voelt. Aan eerlijke prijzen. Menu vanaf minimum €33 tot max €90. Wijnen aan eerlijke en betaalbare prijzen. Verfijnde, zeer proffesionele en zeer vriendelijke bediening. Een nooit te vergeten belevenis waar je smaakpapillen nog nooit van konden dromen. Kortom fantastisch. Meer dan een aanrader waard. Best reserveren op voorhand.
