A former coaching inn in the village of Bué, surounded by the vineyards of Sancerre. Traditional cooking, with a number of dishes giving pride of place to Crottin de Chavignol, the famous goat's milk cheese of the region. Our wine list contains a number of Sancerre wines from producers in the village, all of which provide the perfect accompaniment to Crottin de Chavignol.
