      Espace particulièrement exigu. Le saumon gravlax choisi en entrée était bon, toutefois servi dans une quantité "d'amuse bouche". L'entrecôte et la tête de veau étaient une seule pièce de gras (argumentaire: "nous ne fabriquons pas la viande"!) Les accompagnements commandés n'étant pas disponibles, l'on nous a apporté sans plus d'explications un assortiment de ce qui restait en cuisine (frites grasses et molles, blettes à la crème d'ail)! Manque d'attention et de soin - A EVITER ABSOLUMENT
