In this superb building everything is elegant and refined and the terrace is quite simply exquisite! As for Jacques Chibois' fine Provencal cuisine, he brings out the best in the seasonal ingredients by preferring organic produce.

The terrace under the plane trees with views of Mouans-Sartoux and the Théoule golf course is exceptional. The chef, Emmanuel Ruz, works with beautifully fresh ingredients and chooses to use local producers. An agreeable place to eat.
