New chef, Giuseppe Mandaradoni, has imposed his style at La Pescheria (named after Venice's old fishmongers'), which is nestled in the ultra-designer Boscolo Exedra hotel. The menu combines traditional Italian recipes with fish and seafood, such as carpaccio of sea bass, gambas prawns and langoustines.

      Gargrade beim Fisch waren top. Garnelentatar und Loup Carpaccio gut. Steinbutt und Pasta Muscheln auch.

      Cons

      Gerichte teilweise sehr ölig. Octopus sehr fest, roher Fenchel ohne Aroma - zu lange gewässert. Nicht sehr gemütlich, wenn es nicht voll ist und man die Gäste nicht in einem Raum plaziert sondern über 3 verteilt.

      Pros

      Tried 3 times this very nice restaurant, one for lunch and twice for dinner and all were a very nice experienced with a different way to taste the sea food and fish, they call it mediterranean cuisine which is based from natural product like the vegetables and in this case combined with the sea food. What a great experience to eat crunchy vegetables or cook in a sauce with the turbot or some other nice sea food, also a very good wine list with a nice selection of italian wines which I loved it.

      Choose the inside room on winter time because the nice terrace outside might get cold.
