  A visiter si l'on recherche le mélange luxe/people/tradition. Saint Tropez vaut le détour pour sa réputation et l'ambiance générale. On peut y faire des rencontres inattendues et faire des photos rares, une Ferrari garée devant un Off-shore par exemple.

  Cons

  Beaucoup de monde en saison. Ceux qui y recherchent un port provençal traditionnel seront déçus, le calme étant un peu absent, et la multiplication des domaines privés rebutante

  also, parking is a nightmare and travelling by car...beware! make sure you have air con...i have been stuck for an hour or more

  i was here in 2007 and back again this year 2010. it is worth the effort, but not to spend too much time in. just pass through on your way to get an ice cream or daily bread. nice in the evening, really gives a wonderful insight into the Riviera and summer holidays in the sun. enough locals to feel like one is in France.

  Cons

  can get crowded, too many tourists, people showing off! i didn't get to meet B Bardot.
