This tour takes in (albeit from afar) the military installations and Vauban Docks, the commercial port, the French Research Institute for Exploitation of the Sea, and the ex-shipyard of La Seyne with Balaguier Fort. But the best thing about this rather military trip is the lovely view over Toulon, nestled between the sea and the mountains.
