Most of this walk is in the shade, on sandy paths carved out of the pine forests. The itinerary takes you along Courtade’s fine sand beach then, after the Pointe du Lequin, turns sharply towards the sea and the lovely, huge and very remote Notre Dame beach (fine sand) alongside a pine forest.
