This copper source, mined from 1862 to 1917, has been converted into a mining museum. Sporting a hard hat, you will discover the work carried out by the miners from Piedmont, Italy and a fine collection of minerals from all over the world. Light and sound effects (such as the rockface being dynamited and the grading machine) are part of the decor. A video projection in a sort of wooden crate tells you more about the transformation of ores and the various uses of copper.
