Pros
Une carte de saison avec des produits de qualité bien mis en valeur. Le boeuf en 2 façons était goûteux, très tendre et accompagné d'un jus bien parfumé. Beau plateau de fromages et carte des vins complète à des prix très justes. La table des desserts est plaisante et variée: gâteaux, entremets, fruits..
Cons
Une cuisine très traditionnelle dans son exécution, maîtrisée mais qui pourrait être plus inventive. L'entrée notamment manquait de peps. Accompagnement d'apéritif plus digne d'une brasserie. Un petit pain en début de repas puis des tranches par la suite.. Dommage, cela fait un peu cheap.

Pros
My wife and I have stayed at this wonderful little hotel on many occasions and we have always been delighted with the food. The chef is a magician with food. The flavours of the food are always exquisite whilst the presentation of the food cannot be faulted. My wife and I have eaten in several 2* and 3* Michelin restaurants and - to be absolutely truthful - the food at Le Relais du Catay is certainly as good - if not better - than those restaurants. This restaurant deserves a Michelin star.
