This museum, housed in the centre of the old town of Mens, offers a non-exhaustive yet fairly comprehensive description of the Trièves region from Prehistoric times to the 20C, including the religious conflicts which divided the local population. It thus enables visitors to gain an insight into the identity of this fascinating region while discovering its main sights (landscapes, monuments, towns).
