Pralognan-la-Vanoise
: Michelin's recommendations
Pralognan is renowned as an excellent site for mountain walks and races, activities which are particularly popular in the summer period. It is possible to go climbing in the Vanoise massif from here. In winter, cross-country ski enthusiasts in particular will appreciate the somewhat modest skiing area. Like many resorts in the area, Pralognan was one of the sites used in the 1992 Winter Olympics (curling events on the skating rink).
