The interior is done out in the colours of the Basque Country (white and red), and the food is a flavoursome take on the region's culinary repertoire. It offers the best of Bayonne produce (salt, ham, chocolate, irouléguys etc). Unbeatable.

      Menu du midi à 22 €...... Exceptionnel pour un étoilé. Excellente qualité de l'acceuil, du cadre et surtout meilleure rapport qualité/prix du coin.... Pensez à reserver...

      Pros

      On est Anglais - mais on connait bien la nourriture. On avait un hotel en Angleterre qui a gagne beaucoup de prix. Ici c'etait super et surtout apres des repas ce weekend la en France, pas bons. La presentation, le gout, le choix et l'attention de detail - un de deux repas les meilleurs dans notre vie - FORMIDABLE - merci le chef, Jean-Claude Tellechea
