Duilhac-sous-Peyrepertuse : Michelin's recommendations
This Corbières village makes a good starting point for a tour of the Cathar castles, in particular the "Five Sons of Carcassonne" and countless high-perched feudal fortresses. On the northern outskirts of the village is a spring which feeds the public fountain (and produces a surprising volume of water for the region).
